Will you be acting dramas or movies in nearest future?
Filiz: I hope so. You will be able to watch it, If I find an offer likeable. My new movie will be on theatre on January, 17.
Ms. Filiz, are you going further to act in series and movies? Do you receive proposals to act??
Filiz: Yes I do receive proposals and I will keep on acting.

Can you tell us about the most interesting moments of your life?
Filiz: I don’t find my experiences much interesting so I can’t think of any.
We are asking you to register any social network. There are so many people, who love you.
Filiz: My family take care of my facebook and twitter accounts.. I don’t like spending so much time on the Internet. I spare that time for my family and friends.

Do you like “Ibrahim-Nigar”-couple? In your opinion (if you were just a spectator), with whom Ibrahim had to stay?
Filiz: I like İbrahim and Nigar as a couple but I wouldn’t support their affair in such an age (and conditions) If he was single, I would be supporting it

What are you afraid of?
Filiz: All kinds of reptiles and loneliness
What play do you want to take part?
Filiz: Any challenging role is possible.. Any role which will make me think, work and help me contribute a deepth is preferable.
What is your hobby?
Filiz: Travelling. I like seing new places.

Would you like to travel around Europe? What place would you like to visit first of all?
Filiz: I have seen many places in Europe.. I would love to see Sicily.
England and Russia are my priorities.
What famous person would you like to act?
Filiz: Cem Yılmaz, Haluk Bilginer, Natalie Portman, Meryl Streep are the names who come to my mind first. There are many actors whom I consider succesful and I want to work with them all.
How do you keep fit?
Filiz: I think I’m lucky on this subject. I’m not having much problem with weight. I like walking, which, I think, helps me keep fit.
Do you like to become the source of inspiration for your audience?
Filiz: Of course, I would love to, as a good actress.

Filiz: To lie down and rest.. J
What fascinated you most at the Academy and what did you like most?
Filiz: Everything was fascinating.. Because I was learning about the basis about the profession I love.
If you weren’t an actress, what would you like to be?
Filiz: With the influence of my grandfather, I have wanted to be an actress since early age. I didn’t have any alternative choices. But maybe I could consider about being a dancer.
In which play from a classical (or other) authors would you like to perform?
Filiz: Anton Pavloviç Çehov.
Who is your favorite director that you would like to work with?
Filiz: We were in harmony with all the directors I worked.. So I would love to work with them in the future.
How did the crew of MY come to the idea of Nigar singing an old Macedonian song to
her daughter Esmanur?
Filiz: It was the idea of the scenarist. I knew I wouldn’t perform well so I didn’t want to sing.. And… I don’t think that I will be singing in the future.

Would you perform in a musical on stage?
Filiz: No, I wouldn’t
What do you prefer more - coffee or tea?
Do you have stage fright before a play starts, any rituals perhaps?
Filiz: Not a superstition but I don’t want to see anybody, even my family, before the play.
What is your most memorable moment on stage in theatre?
Filiz: I have got lots of good memories but they won’t taste the same if they are written down. So it is difficult to tell about them.
Could you give a colour to the each day of the week?

Mesut : The timing is very good. Filiz Ahmet is finally here. I have been chasing you for a long time. I didnt even chase after my wife as much as i did after you!! Did you know?? You are Welcome!!
Filiz : Estağfurullah… (Oh dear..)
Mesut: Is it true that you are afraid of the cameras?
Filiz: Yes It is… I’m not much relaxed even now…
Mesut: We are just recording so relax…
Mesut: Filiz, Imagine that you are married and having children, where would you like them to be born and grow up? I mean you have got more than one country.
Filiz: It depends on fate (Kısmet)
Mesut : Maybe it depends on where you are working.
Filiz: It depends on where I feel the happiest.
Mesut: Where is it? Where do you feel the happiest?
Filiz: Anywhere… I mean I’m very happy in Turkey now.
Mesut: Did Turkey turn out to be a place that you expected to see?
Filiz: I knew Turkey, but I had hesitations as to living there. It is a crowded country. So much traffic.. It was scary at first but then I got used to it.
Mesut: You are coming from Macedonia, right..
Filiz: Yes, A country of 2.5 million people..
Fettah (The other guy) : I have roots in Macedonia,Skopje, as well!!
Filiz : Oh really? Maybe we are relatives!
Mesut : Oh It is a Balkan night then By the way, I visited Macedonia, and from time to time I visit it. You know, I had a small part in Elveda Rumeli at that time. So I know what you feel. It must have been interesting. Leaving such a quiet country to a verryy crowded one.
Filiz: Macedonia is such a peaceful country. You can walk alone… Late at night. Only now we start to see the police. In the past there was no need for the police to be around.
Mesut: The poice dont even use gun. Very interesting.
Filiz: But this is starting to change.
Mesut: As it is getting more crowded.
Mesut: So what is the best thing about Üsküp (Skopje)
Köfte? ( Meatballs ? )
Filiz: EVERYTHING IS GOOD ABOUT Skopje
Mesut: You take the script you act quite seriously. Whose script affected you the most?
Filiz: Sema Ali Erol’s script. We are really close and our ideas match quite much. The time I read Küçürekkız I said: Oh I WANT to play this… Though I was not much ready for it. It was 11 years ago. I thought I was inexperienced.. I thought I needed to improve myself. It is still a process on which I’m exerting
Mesut: Oh ,you are very modest
ABOUT NIGAR KALFA:
Mesut: Have you ever internalized Nigar Kalfa?
Filiz: You mean?
Mesut: Have you ever felt like Nigar Kalfa?
Filiz: No! When I enter the set, I take out my coat, and when I leave the set, I take out the character I play and be Filiz again.
Mesut: So, Nigar is dead for you..
Filiz: NO!! She didn’t. She is still somewhere around!
